
Coaching
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds who face obstacles in achieving optimal well-being. Unlike conventional medicine, which diagnoses the problem, then tries to fix it, coaching leverages what works, what might work, and what could work better.
Health coaches, much like life, career, and athletic coaches, approach their work as a collaborative relationship, focusing on their clients' strengths and motivating them with goal-driven accountability and encouragement. In return, clients benefit from sustainable wellness strategies that aim for lasting transformations.
Your One Precious Life offers three types of affordable coaching programs: one-on-one coaching, specialized coaching, and virtual or in-person workshops.


One-On-One Coaching
Single-session option: 50-minute sessions
Six-session option: 50-minutes each session
Both options are typically over Zoom
Initial Session: This is a formal opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your hopes and goals, and loosely develop a framework for future sessions. Based on what I learn, I will recommend an action plan, but the number and frequency of sessions are up to you.
Subsequent sessions: We focus on building awareness and capacity by identifying and addressing areas of resistance that hinder progress, such as cultural pressures, familial patterns, or nutrition issues that might be affecting your health. I’ll guide you in setting goals and developing habits to gain greater agency over your life.
After each session, I’ll email notes on our time together, including optional recommendations, readings, and activities that can help you build a toolkit of resources for transformative, goal-driven results. In addition to email summaries. we will meet periodically to discuss your progress and refine your goals, as needed.
Note: I typically hold sessions over Zoom. If you live on the Olympic Peninsula, however, we can arrange to meet occasionally in person.



Specialized Coaching
Coaching sessions are always personalized, but sometimes a particular area of focus is called for. Examples of one-on-one specialized coaching might include gut health, low energy levels, sleep deprivation, excessive stress or anxiety, and/or lack of focus.
Detox and Metabolism Reset
A complete and healthy roadmap to reset your metabolism, improve energy, and enhance motivation.
Mindful and Intuitive
Eating
A program to rid damaging beliefs and harness present-moment awareness while eating.

Workshops
Upon request, I offer virtual or in-person workshops, customized to suit the specific needs of organizers. Workshops can cover a range of health and nutrition themes, each designed to educate and inspire participants toward improving their well-being.

Coaching Program Fees
Healthcare should be accessible to everyone, which requires an equity approach – a thoughtful and inclusive attitude about pricing. My payment model is designed to accommodate varying incomes, financial profiles, and life circumstances, including people who are unemployed or unable to work.
Fees for One-on-One and Specialized Coaching Sessions
My standard per-session fee is $95 for people earning $75,000 or more a year or have sufficient assets with or without work income. For people earning less than $75,000/year, the following fees apply:
Income $0-$25,000: $20-$40 per session
Income $25,000-$50,000: $40-$60 per session
Income $50,000-$75,000: $60-$80 per session
