Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, chilled
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (optional topping)
1/2 cup toasted almonds or hazelnuts (optional topping)
1/4 cup cocoa nibs (optional topping)
Preparation
Equipment Needed:
Food processor or blender; 4 bowls, cups, or ramekins
Step 1
Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients (all be optional toppings).
Step 2
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Step 3
Divide between 4 bowls, cups, or ramekins.
Step 4
Chill for at least one hour, add toppings (if any), and serve.
