Raspberry Avocado Mousse

Ingredients


  • 2 ripe peeled avocados with pits removed  

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries, save some for garnish  

  • 1 banana, sliced  

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup  

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract  

  • 1/2 cup cashews presoaked overnight  

  • Dash of cinnamon



Preparation



Equipment Needed:

Blender or food processor


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.


Feel free to add milk to reach desired consistency. 


Transfer to an airtight container.
