Ingredients
1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
1/4 Cups of Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cups of Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Tbsp of Mixed Herb Seasoning
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
1 Cup of Water
1 Mashed Avocado
1 Tomato, finely chopped
Juice of Half a Lime
Pinch of Sea Salt
Preparation
Equipment Needed:
Sheet pan needed (parchment paper); bowl
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
Mix all the seeds together with water and seasonings. Let the mixture sit
for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seed mixture evenly until
flat.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes then remove from the oven, cut them into squares, flip them and bake for
another 15 minutes.
Step 5
While the crackers are baking combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl for the guacamole
and mash until you have a smooth consistency.
